3. Tracking Information
All orders come with tracking numbers.
Tracking becomes available 24–72 hours after dispatch.
You will receive tracking details by email automatically.

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, Italy Lovers is not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Lost parcels after delivery
- Packages marked as “delivered” by local postal services
Customers experiencing this issue should contact the carrier directly.
9. Split Shipments
To ensure fast delivery, items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.
You will not be charged extra if your order is split into multiple packages.
10. Countries We Do Not Ship To
Due to restrictions, we do not ship to the following regions:

- Countries with severe trade restrictions
- Locations where carriers do not operate
