Our goal is to ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience with our jewelry. However, if something is not right, we are here to help.

This policy outlines how refunds, returns, and exchanges work for our global customers, including those in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Asia, and South America.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ The item must be unused

✔ In perfect condition

✔ In its original packaging

✔ With all accessories included (if applicable)

To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return Window

You may request a return within:

30 days from the date your order was delivered.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items purchased during clearance promotions
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

We will respond within 24–48 hours.

Once your return is approved, we will send instructions on where to ship your item.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Italy Lovers is not responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your bank

Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Different color
  • Defective items

If the item is available in stock, it will be shipped immediately after we receive your returned product.


7. Order Cancellations

We only accept cancellations if the order has not been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
You may still return the item after delivery.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider

  2. Confirm the refund email confirmation

9. International Returns (EU/UK/US/Asia/South America)

International customers must follow the same steps described above.

Please note:

  • Customs duties paid are non-refundable

  • Transit time for returns may vary by region

10. Items Returned Without Approval

Any item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
